Gray & Associates CPA was founded in 1994 with a commitment to serving individuals and small businesses with careful, detail-driven accounting. Over time, the firm recognized a widespread gap: while many CPAs prepared tax returns, few explained or implemented the S Corporation tax strategy—a powerful, legal approach that has existed since the 1950s but is rarely taught in traditional accounting programs.

For more than 22 years, Michael Gray and his team have focused on filling that gap. By helping more than 250 clients implement the S Corporation tax strategy, they’ve saved Texas business owners thousands of dollars annually while keeping them fully compliant with IRS rules. Today, the firm continues to combine traditional CPA values with forward-looking tax strategies designed for small business success.
